You are in control of your annuity purchase.

STEP ONE:

Contact McLeod Agency, Inc. at 1-800-286-1812.

After a short interview with McLeod Agency, to determine your suitability* and goals,

Partially completed paperwork will be mailed to you.

STEP TWO:

When you receive your package you can call McLeod Agency again to help with any questions or concerns and completion of the paperwork.

STEP THREE:

Then you send the completed paperwork in the Pre-Paid FedEx envelope that is provided. With a copy of your photo ID. Signature guarantees from your local bank are required on most transfers.
